Aaron's background includes a Mechanical Engineering degree from UCLA and digital consulting work with Accenture. While at Symmetry Labs, he led the sale, delivery and production of over $5 million of LED art installations, and the company’s first 3 major permanent outdoor installations. Operationally, he has the skillset to make sure all of color+light’s multidisciplinary projects and installations come together on time. In his spare time, he works on an AI Visual DJ algorithm to generate lighting content based off of music playing in real time.
jake lampack

Jake has nearly a decade of experience working on large-scale custom LED installations. Not only was he the technical lead at Symmetry Labs for many years, he has worked on various well-known installations at Burning Man (including the Tree of Ténéré), Coachella, and others. His experience reaches across all areas of the creative development and engineering required to make sure the whole puzzle comes together as it should. From Nike, Google, and Uber, to SXSW and Diplo, Jake has worked with a broad range of high profile clients, bringing them unique and impactful experiences in the experiential lighting space.

Cate studied biochemistry and math in college, and served as editor in chief of the Yale Journal of Law and Technology while in law school. She practiced appellate law, including in the Federal Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court, before leaving to play poker professionally. She is the former top-ranked female poker player in the world. Her foray into art began when she was hired as general counsel for a custom LED art company.
